About The Event
What to Expect:
During this one-hour class, Ashley will guide you through a series of gentle yoga poses on our mats, focusing on breath, mindfulness, and gentle stretching. There will be modifications for poses and we will flow through a playlist. You will leave the class feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to take on the week ahead.

Important Information:
- Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in and set up your mat.
- Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga practice.
- Yoga mats will be provided should you request, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
- This class is open to all age groups and fitness levels.
- Limited slots available, so make sure to reserve your spot in advance.
- If you are expecting or would like prenatal/post partum modifications please let me know so we can work together on your journey
