Earth2Sunshine is Ashley's latest entrepreneurial endeavor; where you can find her services she is most passionate about:  Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Photographer, Facilitator.  Based in the White Mountains of Northern New Hampshire, she also works with her family's small businesses, one of which is currently renovating an 1800's building, to become a juice and smoothie bar! Acai bowls, antiques, and more; you can read more about the Annie's On Main Journey Here. Tree Top Summer Camp, owned by her mother, is also where she runs Kayaking and Yoga workshops part time in the Summer. This same camp is where Sunshine became Ashley's summertime pseudonym

a number of years ago! 

 

Ashley is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga teacher, Holy Fire II Reiki practitioner, and photographer based in the White Mountains. She is currently furthering her education within the 500 hour yoga teacher training and pranayama (breathwork) certification.  

 

With a deep passion for mindfulness, spiritual growth, and visual storytelling, Ashley hopes to inspire and empower you to overcome your limitations and co-create a more beautiful world.

 

Ashley loves to integrate breath work, meditation, and movement to create a holistic experience that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit. Within her offerings, she hopes you will discover the power of healing and the potential for growth within yourself. As a Reiki practitioner, she also offers gentle touch and energy healing sessions to promote relaxation and inner peace, always encouraging you to live your most fulfilling life.
